The man who murdered Kent PCSO Julia James has been jailed for life.
Callum Wheeler, 22, has been told he’ll spend at least 37 year behind bars.
He attacked 53-year-old Julia as she walked her dog in woodland not far from her home in Snowdown in April last year.
