Podcast: Dover restaurant owner calling for cameras to help tackle problem parking

A restaurant owner in Dover says potential customers are being left with nowhere to park because people are leaving their cars in spaces for days at a time. 

He’s calling for ANPR cameras to be installed to weed out problem parkers.
