Podcast: Topless teenager caught on CCTV wielding knife during fight on Margate seafront

A topless teenager who wielded a knife during a fight along a packed Kent seafront where hundreds of people were gathered has been in court. 

The brawl erupted between a large group of youths – some carrying weapons – opposite Margate’s main sands last summer.
