Podcast – Uber banned from parts of Kent after losing London licence – 25/11/2019

For the second time in just over two years, Uber’s been stripped of its operating licence in London – which also covers Medway and Dartford.
Transport for London says the taxi app is not “fit and proper”, and puts passenger safety at risk – but the cab-hailing service is going to appeal and calls the decision ‘extraordinary and wrong’.
